Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in tennis activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Kidnetic Sports LLC, the clinic organizers, coaches, school, and their agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from my child's participation in this program.

Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize program staff to seek medical treatment for my child. I confirm my child is physically able to participate and will notify staff of any medical conditions or limitations.

Refund Policy
Clinic fees are fully refundable if Kidnetic Sports LLC cancels the program. All other refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the clinic's published refund terms, including any non-refundable processing or completed-session costs.

Students from Pre-K through 5th Grade at participating schools can register. Parents or guardians complete the registration on behalf of the child.

No previous experience required. Our coaches start with the fundamentals and group students by skill level.

No. Kidnetic Sports provides kid-sized, elementary-school-age-appropriate equipment. Students only need sneakers and water—we provide the fun!
